hmm I posted a reply but I guess it didn't post so here it goes again.

Your guage will dart around a lot because it's a narrowband gauge. So it only reads stoic, lean, or rich. The range for stoic is probably something like 14.2-14.8. Anything below that and it registers rich, anything above lean. So you are going to get a great deal of oscillation with the gauge.

correct, but with a wideband you will have to have a bung welded into the exhaust pipe to place the new wideband sensor.

If you plan to go turbo you really need to do a wideband.

shouldn't be to big of a deal tho... does the factory o2 sensor remain in place they just put another whole or do they use the old hole to weld the new bung in there?

You would leave the factory 02 in place and just add another before the cat. Most widebands come with the bung you just have to go to a shop to get it welded in. It's probably 20$ tops, or you can get a new dp with one already welded in.

o0o new downpipe would be reason for me to buy one LOL but problem is if i'm going turbo i'd have to have a turbo exhaust manifold that bolted to that downpipe correctly...hrm...

correct. if you are going turbo you are best off buying all your exhaust at once after you've gotten the turbo on.

well im looking at the dc sports catback so that part shouldn't change, i'll be eventually gettting the magnaflow catalyst and then some type of turbo manifold assuming i decide to go turbo so i'll probably need a custom downpipe of some sort... hrm i wonder if the turbo manifold from the 2.0 would fit on my 2.2 if thats the case then a aftermarket dp for a 2.0 tc should work on my setup if/when i get to that point.

I'm not sure about the TC manifold but it would be something to check into for sure.
