    depends on the material some are harder then others just this material unlike the black one i swaped with was much thicker so I smoothed it out best I could

    IMO the hardest part was to get the armrest glued back in. But with a good solid glue you should have no problem with that.

    Just used a hot glue gun? That's strong enough?

    NEWS FLASH
    Hot glue gun works...to keep it in I also applied some epoxy to it and that kept a real solid hold to it. after its all done and the glues cooled down just apply some epoxy on the top and around it and that will keep it tight and hard. and NO not the plastic or the 60 sec one I mean the 5 min one. Its the clear one no color
